A deep and personal 1-1 Mentoring Program

Over 16 weeks we walk together through at least two or three fully observed menstrual cycles. You move from hormone chaos, fear and disconnection to body trust, more predictable cycles, calmer moods and clearer skin.

Mapping Your Hormones

Phase 1: Week 1 - 2

We map your hormone journey, including your experiences with the pill or IUD, pregnancies, perimenopause, lab results, symptoms, fears and medical experiences. Together, we gently connect the dots so you can finally understand why you feel the way you feel and how your past has shaped your present body.

You receive personalized 1:1 education sessions focused on your hormones, nervous system and current life phase. These are supported by a simple daily nervous system practice and rituals and your printed cycle journal, which becomes a grounding ritual space for reflection, tracking and self-connection.

Over time, you begin rebuilding a strong, intuitive relationship with your body instead of feeling broken, overwhelmed or out of place within it. There is relief in realizing that your symptoms are not random or imagined, but meaningful signals — and that there is a clear, supportive path forward without needing to self-diagnose late at night.

Phase 2: Week 3 - 9

Tracking Your Cycle

From the first day of your next bleed, we begin tracking your cycle in a gentle, non-perfectionistic and scientifically grounded way. You learn to understand your menstrual cycle as a living rhythm and to read its phases as inner seasons — winter, spring, summer and autumn — each carrying its own needs, qualities and wisdom.

Each phase brings distinct shifts in energy, mood, cravings, skin, sleep, anxiety, libido, creativity and more. Through focused 1:1 calls in every phase, you learn what is happening hormonally and emotionally in your body, how these changes influence your daily life, and what your system specifically needs in that season to feel supported rather than strained.

As this awareness grows, your hormones stop feeling like a chaotic mystery and begin to make sense. You feel more awake, present and at home in your body, moving through the month with greater ease instead of being blindsided by sudden shifts. Life starts to feel more predictable, colourful and aligned, and your connection to your feminine rhythm deepens.

Phase 3: Week 10 - 13

After your first fully tracked cycle, we reflect together and identify your main themes, such as PMS, anxiety, sleep disturbances, skin flare-ups, pain or recurring energy crashes. We look at how these patterns show up across your cycle and what they reveal about your nervous system and hormonal balance.

From this reflection, I create a personalized plant medicine guide tailored to your body, symptoms and current life phase. It is grounded in scientific herbal knowledge while also honoring the energetic qualities of each plant. You learn how specific herbs support your nervous system, liver, hormones and emotional balance, and how to work with them safely through simple, realistic everyday rituals.

As you begin working with your personal plant allies, you continue tracking your cycle and symptoms, making changes visible and tangible over time. Instead of piecing together random tips or trends, you feel supported by a clear, coherent herbal roadmap. Gradually, your system starts to settle, symptoms may soften, and your body and the plants begin working together in a way you can truly feel and trust.

Phase 4: Week 14 - 16

Closing Ceremony

We review your cycles side by side, allowing you to clearly see the physical and emotional changes that have unfolded over time. You begin to understand not only how your symptoms have shifted, but also how your relationship to them has softened and become more compassionate and informed.

Together, we refine your plant medicine guide and distill everything into a simple, sustainable minimum practice you can carry forward long-term — even during busy or challenging periods. You receive a personalized toolkit that brings everything together: your cycle patterns, plant allies, nervous system tools and a clear roadmap for the coming months.

As this integration settles, you start to feel more grounded, steady and confident in your body. You know how to respond when symptoms appear instead of feeling overwhelmed or unsure. You leave this journey more in sync with your natural rhythm, more connected to your intuition,. We close this journey with a ceremony that honors your transformation and the woman you have become.
